Practise turning true knowledge into faithful action. Keep the same three spaces in your journal: Source → Verse to truth → My next step.
The Lord gives us wisdom to help us follow His path.
Your path through the lab0 of 4 complete
1
Knowledge or wisdom?
Wisdom is the right application of knowledge. Choose the response that turns truth into faithful action.
You know a soft answer can calm anger.
You recognise a path that pulls you away from God.
You know confessing and forsaking sin brings mercy.
Think before you write: What is different about knowing a truth and using it? Keep one example in mind for My next step. A gentle response can be truthful and firm; you can still set a safe boundary or ask a trusted adult for help.
2
Source, gift and path
Tap all three cards to uncover the movement in Proverbs 2:6–9.
Principle: The Lord gives us wisdom to help us follow His path.
Journal • Source: Record the principle and Proverbs 2:6–9. Add one word from the passage that helped you understand it, or a question you want to keep thinking about.
3
Three Proverbs, three paths
Revisit our three reading-team passages. Open each verse, choose an action, then explain to yourself which words support it.
Journal • Verse to truth: Keep one reference and express its truth in your own words. Sketch a tiny symbol to remember it. The meaning matters more than the drawing.
4
Build a Wisdom Card
Choose one proverb and one visual symbol. The lab creates a private prompt for your journal. Your choices are not saved.
Choose a proverb
Choose a visual symbol
Choose a proverb and a symbol, then build your prompt.
Journal • My next step: Finish privately: “Because this teaches ___, I will ___ when ___.” Choose a small action within your control. Your symbol should help explain the truth; you can adapt the suggestion or draw your own.
Make room for wisdom
Watch or revisit President Russell M. Nelson’s Make Time for the Lord (0:00–5:49). What invitation could help you make room for the Lord’s wisdom? Add a few words beside Source, then return to your next step.
If you cannot watch: consider his invitation to make time for the Lord through prayer and scripture study. What might that look like for you?
Your journal model from class. Three simple spaces are enough. Original teaching illustration, not official Church artwork.
Remember: The purpose of the app is to help you in your desire to return to your Heavenly Father, and to gain insights and meaning as we study the scriptures together.
No account, name, analytics, storage or submission. Your choices disappear when the page is refreshed. Activity completion is not a measure of testimony or spiritual growth. Keep your journal private; there is nothing to submit.
