Your path through the lab0 of 4 complete
1

Read the pictures

Psalm 119 uses vivid comparisons. Match each image with the blessing it can teach.

Psalm 119:72, 127

Treasure and gold

Psalm 119:24

A counsellor

Psalm 119:103–104

Sweeter than honey

Psalm 119:105

A lamp and a light

Journal: Record one image, its verse and the blessing it teaches.
2

Make the light repeatable

Choose one small way to study and one regular moment. Your choices stay on this page and are not saved.

What will you study?

When will you study?

Choose one study action and one time to build your plan.

Journal: Copy or adapt: “I will study ___ at ___.”
3

Recognise mercy in the Psalm

Choose the heading that best fits each evidence from Psalm 136. After every one, read the chorus aloud.

Psalm 136:5–9

“Made the heavens … the sun … the moon and stars”

Psalm 136:23

“Remembered us in our low estate”

Psalm 136:24

“Redeemed us from our enemies”

Psalm 136:25

“Giveth food to all flesh”

“For his mercy endureth for ever.”

Journal: Under REMEMBER, record three evidences of the Lord’s mercy.
4

Turn noticing into thanks

Choose one kind of blessing that you may sometimes overlook. The lab will create a private journal prompt, but only you decide what to write.

Choose a blessing category, then build your prompt.

Remember: sincere gratitude can help us recognise blessings, feel Heavenly Father’s and Jesus Christ’s love, and grow in our love for Them. Gratitude does not require us to pretend that difficulty or grief is not real.
Journal: “Heavenly Father, thank Thee for ___ because it helps me see Thy love by ___.” Then add: “After I study, I will thank Thee for one thing I noticed.”
